Experto is now on the web. Open your browser, sign in with your email and organize your lists and your team's in one place, with nothing to install.

Here's what the web version brings, grouped by topic. The desktop and phone apps use the same account and show everything updated in real time.

Lists and items

It all starts with lists and items inside them, the way you already take notes.

  • My lists and account lists: your own lists and your team's, each with its own color. The first one comes ready, named My list.
  • Full items: start, due date, estimate, formatted description and attachments.
  • Paste many lines: paste text into New item, and each line becomes an item. The step by step is in how to paste multiple tasks at once.
  • @ in New item: type @ and the name of a list to send the item straight to it.
  • Many items at once: select them and complete, move, duplicate or delete them together.
  • Key date: a milestone apart from the start and the due date, like the day of an event. Turn it on in Administration › Account, under Use key date.
  • Public link: send the item to someone outside the account, attachments included.
  • Export lists and Import lists: take your lists to another account or start from a ready-made template, like the creative production template for agencies.
  • Notes: a place for longer texts, right next to your lists.

Connected lists

Complete an item in one list, and it moves on to the next one with a new due date. Nobody has to hand anything over.

  • Connected list: in each list's settings, pick the next list and the stage Estimate.
  • Business-day due dates: the estimate only counts the account's Business days and hours.
  • Routines: connect a list to itself, and the item comes back after it's completed. See how to set up recurring tasks.
  • History in the item: when it entered each list and who completed each stage.

Organizer

The Organizer brings the lists you choose into a single screen, so you can plan your team's work.

  • List, Columns and Calendar: three ways to see the same tasks.
  • Views: each person builds their own, with the lists that matter to them.
  • Drag: move a task to another list or another day. In Calendar, the due date changes with it.
  • Columns by person: what each person is holding and, for admins, the hours booked in the period.
  • Delivered: what was completed in the period, by whom and from which list.
  • Search: find any task in the account by its title or description.

The full walkthrough is in how to plan your team's week.

Team and communication

The whole team works in the same account, and each person sees what they need.

  • Pull and Push: whoever is going to do the task gives it a Pull, and it lands in their list without leaving the original one. Learn more in how to split tasks without assigning.
  • Who’s in: each account list is set to Admins only, Everyone in the account or Specific people.
  • Messages: announcements for the team, with who read them, when, and their reactions.
  • Notifications: the bell tells you what changed in your lists.
  • Sub-accounts and Guests: split the work by client, store or department and bring in outsiders to complete their part, without taking a seat.

AI and automations

Experto talks to AI apps and to the tools you already use.

  • Experto MCP: connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps to your account, allowing it in Administration › AI agents. A hands-on example is in how to turn meeting notes into tasks with AI.
  • Receive from another tool: each list gets its own address to receive items from forms and automations.
