What's new in Experto: export the Organizer as an image
Export an Organizer view as an image, copy your selection with ⌘C and get a heads-up before removing someone's Pull. This week's news.

There's news in Experto this week. Most of it is in the Organizer on the web, and the rest also works in the Mac and Windows app, on the same account as always.
You don't need to do anything: the web is already up to date, and the desktop app lets you know with Restart to update.
Organizer
Now you can send the week's plan to people who never open Experto.
- Export as image (PNG): in the … on the view's tab. You get the whole view, in the mode it's in (List, Columns or Calendar), on a white background, with the account's logo and name and the view's name at the top.
- All lists: the first option in the Lists menu. With it checked, the view shows every list you create items in, including the ones created later. New views start this way.
- Last week and Last month: in When, to look back at what was left behind in those periods.
The full walkthrough is in how to plan your team's week.
Lists and items
Fewer clicks every day, and no surprises when you move a task.
- ⌘C or Ctrl+C: with several items selected, the shortcut does the same as the selection's Copy button. It works in your lists, in the desktop panel and in the Organizer.
- Move and remove the Pull?: if someone has the item and it's going to a list that person can't see, Experto asks first. With Move anyway, their Pull goes away. Get to know Pull in how to split tasks without assigning.
- Files outside an item: on the web, dropping a file away from an open item shows Open an item to attach files. In the desktop app, it goes to the tray.
Sub-accounts
If you split work by client, store or department, there are two tweaks for you.
- Guests in the sub-account list: in Administration, each sub-account shows how many guests it has, or No guests.
- Contacts: a new option under Call them, for anyone who organizes sub-accounts by person.
For newcomers
Creating an account got shorter.
- Code screen: it tells you the code can take up to 1 minute to arrive and has Change email, in case of a typo.
- Two steps after the code: Personal details and Experto account, and you're in.
- New tutorial: it shows where to create your first list and where its settings live.
On Mac and Windows
Everything under Lists and items, Sub-accounts and For newcomers is already in the desktop app. The Organizer stays on the web, one click away from the profile menu.
- A single app on Windows: opening Experto again shows the panel, instead of creating a second tab on the edge of the screen.
