Experto on iPhone: the app is on the App Store

Experto is now on iPhone. The app is on the App Store, and you sign in with the same account as the web and your computer: the same lists, notes and messages, in your pocket.

Here's what the first version of the app brings.

Made for your hand

Navigation sits at the bottom, right under your thumb.

• At the bottom: Messages, Lists and Notes, plus your photo, which opens your profile.
• At the top: how many tasks are pending, the bell and the account. In more than one? Tap the account to switch.
• Filters: Open, Due today and This week.
• In sync: complete something on your phone, and it shows as done on the web and on your computer right away.

Gestures

Gestures save taps and skip menus.

• Tap the checkbox: completes the task.
• Swipe left: shows Copy and Delete.
• Swipe right all the way: gives the task a Pull, or a Push if it's already with you.
• Touch, hold and drag: moves the task within the list.

Notifications in your pocket

What matters arrives as a notification, and tapping it opens the right screen.

• A new task in one of your lists.
• A new message from the team.
• A change to a task that's with you.
• A guest who completed their part.

Guests on their phones

People outside the team use the same app.

• Only what's theirs: a guest, like a client or a store manager, sees only their own tasks.
• One tap to complete: if they tap by mistake, they still have a few seconds to Undo.
• Free: guests don't take a seat, on every plan.

Getting started

With iPhone, Experto is on the web, Mac, Windows and your phone, with the same account and everything in sync. Get Experto on the App Store. The app needs iOS 16.4 or later.
